This is an animation I created for an American Government class using the GoAnimate website.  The objective was to find a method for delivering mini-lectures that offered audio and video content.

In practice, students found that this clip loaded best when it was hosted on the learning management system (Blackboard) than when it was web-hosted.  Their ability to stream the video was better and sound transmitted in a more synchronous fashion.

GoAnimate proved a good technology for the presentation of very short, mini-lectures, but overly bulky for use in longer projects.
